OUR STORY
BFL Stop & Go Car Care Center was born out of a frustration most drivers know well. Too many people were walking into repair shops confused, pressured, and unsure whether they were being told the truth. They'd hand over their keys, get a phone call with a number that didn't match the estimate, and drive away wondering if they'd been taken advantage of. We believed drivers deserved better. So in 1972, we built the shop we wished existed.
From the beginning, the rule was simple: inspect the vehicle thoroughly, document what you find, explain it in plain language, give the customer a written estimate, and don't touch anything until they say yes. That process wasn't invented by a consultant or a marketing team. It came from a family that believed trust was the only foundation worth building on.
